'Running Man' Isn't Canceled!!!
So, after telling us the series is going to end, and finding out the final episode has been recorded, SBS has announced 'Running Man' will continue! In response to both Korean and International fans disappointment, SBS and the cast have decided to continue the show. Nam Seung Yong, the SBS variety director and original creator of 'Running Man', sat down and had a conversation with the 6 cast members. Originally, these meetings were to discuss the end of the show, but the most recent one had the members agree to continue the show. Nam Seung Yong also said, "I thank the 'Running Man' members for making a decision which must have been difficult to make, and we will do our best to greet viewers who have loved 'Running Man' for the last 7 years, both in Korea and overseas, with even more entertaining 'Running Man'." The main reason for the show's end was due to controversies surrounding the removal of Kim Jong Kook and Song Ji Hyo. Fortunately, both members will still be part of the cast.
