Hello everyone!

@Sailynn here to bring introduction cards about KBeauty!

I know Nana is over there tackling the big stuff but just know that I'm here to slowly transition those who don't really know where to start, into the world of KBeauty.

So if you're curious and want to venture into this side of the world, let's start with the basics of the basics today!^^

Step 1~

Wash Your Face!

Simply wash your face. With the oils and dirt removed after they have built up during the day, your face will now be renewed and ready to tell you its secrets.

Please DO NOT over wash your skin for this! Drawing out excess oils will alter your results.

Water and a gentle cleanser will do the trick, just make sure to pat your face dry afterwards!^^

Step 2~

Wait an Hour!

Watch an episode of Running Man!^^ Or your favorite drama!

While you kill time, your face will return to its natural state, meaning, it will either dry, secrete its natural oils, do both, or not do anything.

During this time, please DO NOT touch your face!^^

Step 3~

Dab Your Face with a Tissue!

After the hour, please dab your face with a tissue, especially in the T-zone, the area of your face that is across your forehead and down your nose.^^

Step 4~

Determine Your Skin Type!

Normal Skin: Your skin shouldn't appear shiny nor flaky. Instead it should be smooth and feel smooth as well.

Oily Skin: If the tissue gets wet then you have oily skin. Oily skinned people often have large pores and a gloss to their face.

Dry Skin: As the picture above shows, dry skin tends to feel stretch. That or it tends to flake due to dead skin and because of the flaking, it's highly recommended to keep moisturizing dry skin.

Combination Skin: The most common type of skin for that face that your skin will show traces of all three types above. Your skin will be oily along the T-zone but everywhere else will be normal to dry.

Step 5~

Be Aware of the Problems Your Skin may Have!

Sensitive Skin: If your face tends to react to regular skin products, then you have sensitive skin. What I mean by sensitive is that your face will get red, itchy, or potentially form a rash.

Acne Skin: Yes, acne is caused by raging hormones when you're a teenager, but if you're an adult and still get acne, it could be because of varies variables in your body. Please refer to the second picture to see what the source may or may not be and find a good acne solution for you.

An Alternative Trick~

Wash your face, then go to bed.

Do not touch your face-

Do not rub your face on the pillow-

Do not pass go.

x3

When you wake up in the morning, immediately follow steps 3-5! :D

Final thoughts~

Everyone has different types of skin, so whether you struggle with raging acne that stresses you out, creating more acne, or battle flaking cheeks, or even nothing at all, know that you are not alone and there are products out there for you and your one of a kind skin!^^

Yes. I made a pun. :3

Well everyone, that is all for today's Basics to SkinCare card!^^

I hope I was able to help at least a few people because from here, we're going to hit the ground running and jump into ocean of basic skincare knowledge!^^

I hope to see everyone again! :D

Thank you!
