We all know people get plastic surgery, but sometimes you can't tell as easily. Many admit, but for some countries, you do whatever you need to do to be pretty and most feel a certain way that keeps them quiet about their procedures. Sometimes this happens for medical reasons, and other times it's for cosmetic. But this card is to appreciate those who had the bravery and courage to put those rumors to rest by saying these things.

Kwanghee of Z:EA
Z:EA is extremely proud of his surgeries, and is a major advocate for it. On talk shows, he's talked about the enhancements on his nose, jaw, eyes, and eyebrows. He's even recommended the best time of the year to get procedures done (autumn by the way), gives some ideas as to what he thinks people should change, and points out which idol is natural or not from a glance. Experience brings with it a whole new view.

Minzy of 2NE1
For a while, Park Bom was the main target of plastic surgery rumors while she stayed quiet about it. But Minzy has experienced plastic surgery, for medical reasons. She had gotten a nose job to help cure her rhinitis, a condition where irritation and swelling of the mucous membrane in the nose occurs.

Hyomin of T-ara
Hyomin has revealed pictures of her dramatic differences prior to the surgery. Even though she used to destroy any pre-debut pics of her in broadcasts, she eventually stopped and told her story.
She admitted, "Society has become really appearance-oriented lately. Our job requires us to give joy and entertain a lot of people. It's impossible to do that if you're not pretty. There is obviously a part of us that want to be pretty, but because the public looks at our visual, I think it's possible to fix a few things as long as you're not greedy in order to live up to those visual expectations."

Heechul of Super Junior
On a radio program, Heechul was discussing many topics. One fan had commented about his naturalness and unaltered looks. He only got a nose job to repair a broken nose, but the bridge of his nose was flatter than before. Doctors said if he wanted to return it to normal, he'd have to get silicone or fillers injected. But Heechul was terrified of this, thus leaving it like it is.
Miryo of Brown Eyed Girls
While most of the members of B.E.G have gotten plastic surgery, Miryo was one who kept it covered up until much later. Until she took part in an SNL Skit, 'Plastic Face', she was very quiet about her double-eyelid surgery and other minimal changes.

Ryu of Mr.Mr.
On an episode of 'Idol School', Ryu tried to state they were a natural-looking group, but that didn't work out. He ended up stumbling over some of his words and in the end revealed they had gotten some procedures. He then owned it, and said they have gotten injections and fillers.

Jonghyun of CNBlue
Jonghyun has gotten a procedure, but in one of the more unexpected places. He had done judo for four years in junior high to his first year of high school. But as he kept practicing and fighting, he eventually developed cauliflower ears. It got pretty severe, so he went to get that portion cut out.

Jessi from 'Unpretty Rapstar'
Jessi lives up to the names as she has admitted on 'Happy Together 3' abouther past experiences of plastic surgery.
When a host discussed their double-eyelid surgery Jessi cooly explained,
"I did that, too. I did my nose and eyes. I did my eyes and nose three years ago. I didn't do it because I wanted to, though. I chose to do plastic surgery because of my agency's advice and to appear more photogenic."

Seo In Young
People have been wondering if she has shaved her chin, but Seo In Young has detroyed that rumor. She didn't shave it, just lost a lot of weight. But she has gotten the tip of her nose done twice. Once to make it sharp, and a second time to take it out.

Hyorin of SISTAR
After previously stating she has never gotten plastic surgery, baby pictures of Hyorin surface and showed off he mono-lid. She then came clean and admitted to getting a double-eyelid surgery. This gained her more attention than previously expected due to her past denials.

Kyuhyun of Super Junior
As the second SuJu member to go through with a procedure, he's still super handsome. Kyuhyun has stated both of his parents had double eyelids, but he missed that. Many still believe he has also gotten his nose done, but Kyuhyun rejects that, saying he would "put his wrist on the line" to prove he hasn't.

Hara
After appearing on 'Happy Together 3' and revealing with complete confidence her secret to her beauty (her face), she had a lot to say. Hara said she's gotten procedures like laser or Botox, in small amounts. She's even gone to a dermatologist and had a lifting. Hara definitely doesn'thave one of the more dramatic changes, that's for sure.

Park Min Young
She hasn't admitted to going under the knife until she had an interview with Sports Chosun. Park Min Young stated, "I got double eyelid surgery in junior high school. My mom let me get it so I could become prettier. I also got my nose done, but that's only because my nose was crooked during junior high." She revealed her struggle with photos from her past saying that, "I have a lot of things I don't like about my face, such as my large forehead and chubby cheeks, but acting got a lot easier once I let all of that go."

Lee Da Hae
Once she was the leading lady of the hit drama 'My Girl' and had an interview on 'Quick Talk', Lee Da Hae has admitted to going through some changes. She claimed she used to have a fatter face, but went through a procedure to look as beautiful as she does now. She likes to make jokes about how well it turned out.

Kim Hyun Joong
'Boys Over Flowers' actor Kim Hyun Joong said his surgery was all for reason. He already looked good, but due to an incident when he was younger, he got a nose job. He was unfortunately hit in the nose with a rock, and decided to take advantage of the opportunity by asking his doctor to raise the bridge of his nose a little bit.

Hongki of F.T. Island
This is a bit of a funny but unfortunate story! Apparently Hongki has gotten butt surgery twice, and don't think he has buns of steel. He previously stated, "I have a lot of scars [on my butt]. I am insecure about my butt. The reason why I can say this [on air] is because my fans know this. In China when I was holding a solo fan meeting, the boil got so big that I couldn't sit, stand, walk, or anything. So my fans asked what was wrong, and I told them bluntly that my butt was hurting."
So it wasn't all just for cosmetic things. Some procedures were medical, one was for better marketing, and some were because those celebrities could. No hate of bashing being done here, and no hate should be targeted at these people.
