Lay Is Going Solo!

Yay my precious little mandarin baby is making his own solo album! And somehow promoting LOTTO at the same time. Way to go! SM has said release date is unconfirmed yet, but Lay has said sometime in October. That is coming quickly! And while it is unconfirmed if it'll be purely Mandarin, or include some Korean, all we know is it'll be promoted in China.
