Korean ramen Ramyeon 라면

Who doesn't love ramen?! Ramen is a yummy dish that you can make to customize your taste buds and make when you are on a budget. You can make this dish healthy by adding a bunch of veggies or savory with adding beef or pork.

Apple dipping sauce Sagwa-ssamjang 사과쌈장

This is a dipping sauce. She uses apples instead of sugar.

Spinach side dish Sigeumchi-namul 시금치나물

Ah peeps I LOVE THIS SIDE DISH! I had it today for lunch! This is super easy to make, healthy, and yummy. She uses garlic and soy sauce but I didn't use that. I used sesame oil and a bit of sea salt and it was super yummy. Simple but mashinnneun (delcious).
